Procrastination vs Precrastination

I just learned a new word:  precrastination :” A precrastinator is one who has the urge to do things in advance. ” Often I am a procrastinator for not throwing away old unused things. At the same time I am a Precrastinator for paying my bills in advance. The book, “Stop Procrastinating! ” by Rita Emmett gives plenty of advice on how to get rid of this bad habit.

Stop Procrastinating

Progressive Architecture Magazine (August 1988 Issue)

“The Progress Architecture Magazine”, once a leading publication in the architecture field, was unfortunately folded up in 1996. Its August 1988 copy had featured the Australian Parliament House in a Special Issue. (This is now a collectible item, anyone wants to buy from me?

Architectural Digest featured Andy Williams NY Apartment

Today I am sad to read the news that one of my favorite singer Andy Williams (Moon River) has passed away  (3 Dec 1927- 25 Sep 2012). I have many copies of his LP vinyls and CD’s as well as this copy of Architectural Digest magazine (1987) that featured his New York apartment with his extensive art collection. Would any fans want to borrow to browse?

Reading Digest: Grow Rich with the Property Cycle

How can one predicts the property cycle, timing when to buy and when to sell, the 64 million dollar question is finally all answered  by New Zealand author and property expert Kieran Trass through his intensive research in this book. For example, he has analysed that all cycles start off with the high end prime properties, follows by mid price suburban and low end housing. He also advises how to read the signs that indicates at which point of the cycle we are at, Boom (early Boom, mid Boom or late final Hoorah), Slump, or Recovery. Get a copy, you can only profit from it.
