Stovepipe Wells Village Hotel, Death Valley, California USA. There are few lodgings available in the Death Valley Desert so it is wise to book in advance before you set out into the desert. Facilities include a gift shop, a General Store and a Saloon restaurant. Their Wi-fi was impossible to use at snail pace.
